Contactless, electronic ignition module suitable for all Bosch & Ducati ignitions, which are installed on various mopeds. (Sachs, Puch, Zündapp Belmondo, etc.).
Perfect alternative to electronic ignition (HPI, PVL, Selettra).
Installation
First remove the interrupter, capacitor and ignition coil from the base plate. The electronic ignition module is inserted in place of the ignition coil.
The screws for fastening the ignition coil can be used. Now connect the red cable on the ignition module to the switch-off cable. The light coil does not need to be removed. The electrode gap on the spark plug should be set to 0.7-0.8 mm.
Caution: A spark plug connector with at least 10 kOhm discharge must be used, the spark plug must not be discharged!
With Beru or MERIT spark plug connectors, misfiring may occur.
- Suitable for left- and right-turning engines.
- Speed tested up to 10000 rpm
- For Ducati / Bosch flywheels with Ø inside of 90 mm

Adjusting the ignition
In principle, nothing needs to be adjusted on the ignition. Only the ignition plate can be turned slightly for a perfect ignition spark, the rest is regulated by the ignition chip.
In the basic setting, the three fastening screws of the ignition plate are located in the middle of the slotted holes. Pre-tensioning is achieved by turning the ignition plate against the direction of motor rotation. Fine adjustment is carried out at medium speed using the strobe light.
